Friedlein February Recap

February was a busy month...I'd been so preoccupied with so many different things. We have had a lot of wonderful family time and got some things off of our to-do list before Jim heads out on his "long work trip." Below are some pictures of what we have been up to...

One day I was in desperate need of cleaning out the pantry, well that turned into let's empty it out and paint it too. I wish I had taken a before picture because wow what a huge difference. David decided to pose in our after painting. I accidentally picked the paint that we used under the chair rail instead of the upper half, but it turned out great. We love it.
This is what it looked like after we cleaned all the Tupperware and reorganized our items. What a nice clean & organized pantry!
We bought Aiden a "new" slide off of Cherry Point Yard Sales and both boys have gotten to try it out this spring.
Some serious snuggle time with Daddy

A couple of Friday's ago Jim had the day off so we took Daddy to the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. I couldn't believe it, but Jim had never been! The boys and I have been quite a few times, so this was a special treat to have Daddy with us.

 and Hermit Crab #2
One last stop on the box turtle.

February was a fun month for us. March is full of all kinds of things. Our most exciting adventure is next week as we head to SC for the Teach Them Diligently Homeschool Conference. We can hardly wait!
